The Web Ergonomics Lab is interested in how people interact with the World Wide Web. By observing, understanding and modelling the processes people use to browse and navigate sites, we can improve the Web experience of a diverse range of users, from visually disabled people using screen readers, to those accessing the Web on mobile phones.

Current User Studies conducted within the Web Ergonomics Lab includes experiments on accessibility technology, visual attention, and the Web with the aim to investigate problems of Web accessibility and to evaluate new ideas.
