Web Ergonomics Lab Resources
The Web Ergonomics Lab has a number of resources that members can drawer upon. These include:
- Web Ergonomics Library
- The Web Ergonomics has a large collection of materials related to Hypertext, Web Technologies, Human Factors and Accessibility.
- Prototype Demonstration Videos
- The Lab Prototype Demonstration Videos is a video repository which contains demonstrations of experimental prototypes created by lab members. The experimental prototypes are publicly available to use either as an online Web-based application or a tool that can be downloaded and used locally.
- Web Ergonomics Lab Report Repository (ePrints)
- The Web Ergonomics Lab Report Repository contains both technical and informal reports on work being carried out within the lab, including data collected during any study. These reports are not peer reviewed and as such, should not be cited. However, they act as a foundation for understanding research being conducted within the lab in addition to sharing knowledge between lab members.
- Web Ergonomics User Lab
- The Web Ergonomics has a user lab where studies and evaluations can be conducted. The Facilities of the lab include a user room and an observation room where the studies can be run and observed with up to date technologies. A meeting room is also available for focus groups and consultations.
- Career Development and Training
- The Web Ergonomics Lab offers a range of Career Development and Training courses and sessions for the Research Staff and PhD Students. This occurs at both an informal laboratory level and at a more formal School and Faculty level.
